The antenna decides where a fixed reader reads - and where it does not. We select, install and tune UHF antennas for dock doors, conveyors, shelves, counters and gates across India.

A fixed RFID reader is only as good as its antennas. The antenna shapes the read zone: how far it reaches, how wide it spreads and how well it reads tags at different angles. A wrong choice leads to missed reads, or to stray reads from the next door or shelf.
Indian RFID supplies UHF reader antennas for the 865-867 MHz band: circular polarised panels for mixed tag orientations, linear polarised antennas where tag orientation is fixed, near-field antennas for trays and shelves, and Impinj xArray-style gateways for zone and direction tracking. We add low-loss cables, connectors and mounts and tune each read zone on site within the 4 W EIRP limit.

ExploreAntenna gain, polarisation, beam width, cable length and reader power all affect the read zone. Long cables lose signal, so we keep runs short and use low-loss cable. Metal, liquids and nearby antennas change how a zone behaves, which is why we test on site with your actual tags before final mounting. Prices for antennas, cables and installation are quoted per requirement.
Use circular polarisation when tags can face any direction, such as cartons on a pallet. Linear polarisation can give more reach when tags always face the same way, such as on a conveyor.
Usually two to four antennas on a 4-port reader, depending on door size, pallet height and whether direction of travel must be detected.
Yes - by choosing the right antenna, reducing power, angling the antennas, adding shielding and using software filters. We tune this on site.
UHF RFID equipment operating in 865-867 MHz within the permitted power limit of 4 W EIRP is license-exempt in India. We set reader power and antenna gain to stay within this limit.
