The right reader matters as much as the tag. We supply and install fixed readers, antennas, handheld RFID readers and long-range readers - tested with your tags before delivery.

RFID readers come in four main types. Fixed readers with 2-8 antennas cover dock doors, conveyors, tunnels and gates. Integrated readers combine reader and antenna in one box for parking and smaller gates. Handheld readers and RFID mobile computers are used for stock counts, cycle counting and asset audits. Desktop readers and encoders sit at a counter to register or encode tags.
All UHF readers we supply operate in the Indian band (865-867 MHz). We help you choose read power, antenna gain and polarisation, mount positions and filtering rules, then connect the reader to your software over Ethernet, Wi-Fi, USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth using the vendor SDK, LLRP or our middleware.
For handheld work we are an authorised partner for Seuic RFID handhelds and supply Datalogic mobile computers, with Android apps for inventory and asset tracking.

ExploreDesktop and short-range readers are the most economical, handheld UHF readers sit in the middle, and multi-port fixed readers with antennas and installation cost the most. The total depends on the number of read points, read range and software. Send us your layout and process and we will quote the complete system.
Typically 3-10 metres for fixed readers with good antennas and 1-6 metres for handhelds, depending on the tag, its mounting surface and the environment.
Use handhelds for periodic stock counts and audits where staff walk the area. Use fixed readers where items pass a point automatically - dock doors, conveyors, gates - and you want hands-free tracking.
