Give every tyre a unique identity - from the curing press to the warehouse, the dealer and the fleet - with UHF RFID labels, patches and tags made for rubber, heat and the road.

Tyres are hard to label: rubber is flexible, the surface is curved and often dusty or oily, and labels must survive storage, handling and - for patches and embedded tags - heat and pressure. RFID labels for tyres identify each tyre individually without line of sight, so stacks and racks can be read in seconds and every tyre keeps its history.
Indian RFID supplies three types: RFID tyre labels - strong-adhesive UHF labels for tyre plants, warehouses and dealers, printed with the barcode and size; RFID tyre patches - tags fixed to the inner liner for fleet tyre management; and retread-resistant tyre tags designed to survive the high temperatures of the retreading process. We test tags on your tyre and process before supply.

ExploreTyre plants: track each green and cured tyre through building, curing and inspection. Warehouses and dealers: receive, count and dispatch stacks of tyres without handling each one. Fleets and transporters: know which tyre is on which vehicle and position, its fitment date, rotations, retreads and cost per kilometre - and stop tyre swapping and theft. Retreaders: record how many times a casing has been retreaded.
Tyre surfaces need special high-tack adhesive and a tag tuned for rubber. We supply tyre-specific labels and test them on your tyres before supply.
Retread-resistant tags are designed for the high temperatures of retreading. Performance depends on the process, so we recommend a trial on your retread line.
UHF tyre tags are typically read from about a metre to a few metres with a handheld, depending on the tag, position and reader.
Yes - tag reads can feed your fleet or tyre management software through APIs or files.
