RFID Tag Manufacturer in India

Indian RFID is the RFID division of Mindware, a Delhi company that has been making barcode labels, tags and ribbons for 29+ years. We manufacture and convert RFID labels and tags in-house - selecting the inlay and chip (NXP UCODE, Impinj Monza and M-series), the face material and adhesive, then printing, encoding and verifying every tag before dispatch.

Because we are a manufacturer, not a trader, you get factory pricing on volume orders, custom sizes and shapes, your own logo and numbering, and short lead times. Our team tests samples on your actual product - garment, carton, metal asset, jewellery, solar panel or vehicle windshield - so the tag you buy reads reliably in your environment.

Beyond tags, we supply the complete RFID stack: fixed readers, handheld readers, antennas, RFID printers, Seuic and Datalogic mobile computers and integration with your ERP or WMS.

RFID tag price in India

RFID tag prices depend mainly on the chip, the inlay size, the face material and the order quantity. Plain UHF paper labels for retail and logistics are the most economical; on-metal, high-temperature, laundry and jewellery tags cost more because of their special construction. Volume pricing drops sharply from a few thousand pieces upward.

Share your item, quantity and read-range requirement on WhatsApp and we will send the recommended tag with a price and free samples - usually within 24 hours.
