Retailers in Russia and Europe increasingly ask Indian garment exporters to ship RFID-tagged merchandise. For an exporter this can look complicated - new labels, new chips, encoding, verification and reports. Indian RFID turns it into a simple, repeatable process for garment exporters, buying houses and importers.

What buyers in Russia and Europe expect

• Every unit carries an RFID tag (hang tag, care label or price ticket) with a unique EPC.
• Tags are encoded to the retailer's numbering scheme - commonly GS1 SGTIN-96 linked to the article / size / colour barcode.
• Cartons are verified before dispatch, with an EPC list per carton sent to the buyer.
• Tags read reliably in the 865-868 MHz UHF band used in Europe and Russia.

The Indian RFID garment tagging kit

• RFID hang tags and care labels printed with the brand's artwork and variable data.
• RFID printer-encoders (TSC, Printronix and others) for on-demand printing in the factory.
• Carton verification tunnel or table reader to read every garment in a sealed carton.
• Handheld readers such as Seuic UTouch 2 for audits and re-work.
• Indian RFID software that links purchase orders, EPCs, cartons and shipments and exports the EPC list in the buyer's format.

Benefits for exporters

• Meet compliance requirements of large Russian and European retailers and win repeat orders.
• Carton-level accuracy before dispatch - fewer shortage claims and charge-backs.
• Faster packing and inspection; quality teams can verify a carton in seconds.
• One partner for RFID, barcode labels and Mynds ribbons through Mindware.

Whether you ship from Tiruppur, Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Ludhiana, Jaipur or Kolkata, Indian RFID is the first choice for garment RFID tagging from India to Russia and Europe.
